Howdy

I’ve blogged elsewhere in the past, but finally decided to get back into the game. At any rate, I am feeling mighty good right now. I think I have decided on a new “life direction”.  HAH! Ask me next month and I am sure it will be different, but you never know. Perhaps this one has some staying power. 

On a completely different topic, I bought the new Star Wars: The Clone Wars dvd from Target. Now bear with me on this one. It is good. Really, really, good. The special features are fandamntastic. I am loving the series on the Cartoon Network, but I missed it in the theater. Critics dismissed it and called “the death of star wars”, but critics never really liked the OT or the PT, so what else is new? I am not a cartoon watcher in general (even as a child I rarely watched cartoons); however, Dave Filoni knows his stuff. I think for the franchise to continue to be successful, folks like Filoni and Henry Gilroy need to be at the helm. These guys know their EU hardcore and have a fan’s enthusiasm. With that combination, The Clone Wars is off and running.
